Donna Lilien MA - Managing Director

Donna Lilien, graduated from the University of Haifa and received her bachelors degree in human resources and statistics in 1998. Shortly thereafter, she joined the Efratgo QA department. Since that time, she has received her masters degree in Quality Assurance studies from the University of Haifa and became the head of the QA department in 2002.
Since 2004, Donna is the Managing Director of Efratgo.

Yechiel Gotfried M.D. M.S. (Orthop.) - Director R&D

Dr. Yechiel Gotfried was until 2005 Senior Orthopedic Surgeon, Bnai Zion
Medical Center (Rothschild), Haifa , Israel and since then senior Orthopaedic Adviser.

Dr. Gotfried completed his internship and residency in orthopaedic surgery at Bnai Zion (Rothschild) University Hospital in Haifa , Israel . Additional training included Microsurgery of the Spine at the Neurochirurgische Universitatsklinic, in Homburg/Saar, Germany , Microsurgical Research Fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University , School of Medicine , in Baltimore , Maryland , a Post Doctoral Associate (Spine) at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, USA and a Spinal Fellowship at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry, England, which he completed with distinction.

Dr. Gotfried published on bone transplantation (JBJS-AM, Book chapter), spine (JBJS-AM, spine), fracture fixation (JOT, CORR, Orthopaedics) and biomechanics (JOT).

He has lectured across the globe, among them are the following:

In 1993 Dr.Gotfried established a family company named EFRATGO Ltd. To develop, manufacture and market orthopaedic implants based on his new ideas and concepts (never me-too products) to improve surgical results
